With its ongoing search for new ideas, in 2009 the Gasparoux family also made a prestige cuvée produced from a selection of the best vineyard plots: the Fleur Ferrand. It is only produced in limited quantities and is a true exemplification of the passion and generosity of our team members.

This excellent 100% Merlot vintage has allowed us to obtain the perfect mix between power and great aromatic qualities. The Fleur Ferrand offers a powerful attack and very pleasant finish on the palate.  This outstanding wine pairs perfectly with meat served in sauce, game dishes, hard cheese and chocolate desserts.
